Mr. Alderete has been representing my son for 2 years on some pretty serious charges. We really lucked out because he was court appointed in our case but there isn't any amount of money that can adequately compensate him for his worth. He has defended my son as if he was his own. Not only does he have a big heart, total dedication to his clients but the sheer love of his job is evident in the court room. I recommend him and his staff 1000 times over. He's been the light at the end of the tunnel after a very traumatic and stressful situation. Thank you Mr. Alderete and Associates. I can never thank you all enough.

Late calling back and never answered once he was obtained. He showed up late to court hearings and barely spoke during proceedings and then told me just keep the funds rolling. 4k down the drain. I had to fire him. Worst attorney experience ever. Waste of time and money!

Please don't go to this office my dad pay him to clean his record 4 years ago and he hasn't done anything about it. We call multiple times and he never answers and we leave a message and he never calls back. Super bad service and a big time scammer.

Used Alderete twice and it started off well and he gave us his word he would do all that he can to fight for my son. Well, it was hard to get ahold of him and when it was my sons court day in wilco he reset it like 3 or 4 times . Well we expressed the other charge in Austin that he promised to take care of but, Never did. Mr Alderete didnt seem to care once he was paid. It was so hard to get a hold of him. I would Never use his service again. Its sad that you think hes going to help you and he really doest. Pleases go somewhere else dont waste your money.

I wouldn't send anyone his way. I talked to him 2 times over the phone that probably totaled up wo 10 mins. I was sending all the information I had that I thought would help, but that was obviously pointless! I felt like I was just giving my money way. I paid him 2000+for NO REASON WHATSOEVER!!! He showed up late to our mediation, was on his phone the whole time, in and out of the room. He didn't know ANYTHING about my child support case. He literally let the judge interrogate me. I was so uncomfortable and confused. He didn't speak on my behalf (even though I thought that's why I was paying him) Bottom line. I paid him just to get nothing I wanted out of the situation and of course since I felt like he didn't bother to do his job he didn't need anymore of my money. Do not send anyone his way!
