I thought long and hard about what I'd say in my review, but in the simplest terms the J Alexander law firm made this process difficult, frustrating and feel even longer than necessary. I was left in the dark for months regarding my own case. I was not told about negotiations, workers comp, or even who my actual attorney was.
The firm lacks credibility and ethics, and the individual staff members have little etiquette or respect for clients. There's a reason many of them have resorted to having family and friends put dazzling reviews.
If there's anything you take away from my review, it is that there are many other PI firms in San Antonio that would surely give you better advice and quicker results.
