I'm leaving 2 stars so it is clear that i'm not leaving a review based on hate of any kind. Brian is a good actor, he handles many cases. There are 24 hours in a day, and he spends a boat load of money on marketing getting his SEO at the top and somehow 5 star rating and endless well content driven rich reviews. How is it possible?? Well he's not the only one doing it. I know someone who used him and as a professional i did search on all his profiles and found doubtably many reviews raising eyebrows. Whenever you have a solo attorney working your case, unless you have a solid case to go for trial, Brian will hang you out to dry with lowest bargain deal for diversion with longer probation terms vs a lawyer who's not english fluent you will find at the court getting their clients better terms without having a great internet presence. (Perception) With that said Rockwall County is also known for not being forgiving. There's not much of great options out there. Brian is probably a better attorney than most but being great and not doing great both can't be the same at the same time. So the point is you paying a lot more for a whole lot less. I kept my name private because i'm not interested in receiving texts or gmails from him.

However, it's completely untrue and just an attack at this man's work ethic and professionalism. You should be ashamed of yourself.
