M daughter was recently in a car accident who was minor and Zayra helped me from start to finish. I was referred by a friend that had a good experienced with them. Im glad I trusted Mr. Lopez and his staff. They were very patient with us because I didn't know the whole trouble you go through whenever you are in car accident. Yes, I was that client that called all the time. Thank you , I highly recommend them.

Very unprofessional... No communication whatsoever... they held my case for 7 months with no updates, no leads. Ended up sending me a drop letter after 7 months with no explanation. The customer service reps were extremely unprofessional as well, and the paralegals were not on my side. I felt discriminated against and I would NEVER recommend them to ANYONE

My case was transferred from another law firm, which was the best thing because they started working right away, and it settled within 6 months.

Horrible experience, I do not recommend, they get over on there clients I have multiple witnesses who will contest. THEY ARE NOT GOOD AT COMMUNICATION & VERY SECRETIVE !!! I REPEAT !! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! For a case that happened months ago there is no way We received absolutely no offer when the insurance company excepted liability!!! RED FLAG
