I am very happy with The Guardiola Law Firm. They handled my case and walked me through giving me the best results I could ask for. The office and the staff were courteous and efficient. I would recommend this firm to any person needing legal assistance.

If you need results, look somewhere else. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This law firm is a joke. The service is terrible from everyone involved. They'll tell you everything you want to hear and then disappear once they make you sign a contract. They won't keep their end of the bargain. Once you sign, good luck getting an answer from them at all. Lack of communication, lack of empathy for their clients and the family. Lack of service. I hope this can help anyone out there who is seeking a law firm or someone to represent them. Go somewhere else. Please do not come here. Especially lawyer Jose.

What a joke, trying to find out answers about my accident, call and ask about cameras and they said "it was raining so you can't see anything", I said it wasn't raining on the day of my accident. SMH. Then they said oh when was your accident. Exactly. Cindy wouldn't even answer the call. It was the secretary lol. Lots of law offices in this area, are not here for the ppl. It's pretty sad.

Mr. Guardiola and his staff were very attentive, professional, polite, and mindful. They handled my accident case with great results. I was treated at a personal level and not just another "case".

Not much of a positive review, as I don't personally know this law firm. Anyways, my father was involved in a motorcycle accident which had him spend a day in the hospital...he laid the bike down to avoid running into the car that cut him off...police report stated the subject that caused the accident fled the scene (she was traveling north, he was traveling south...she cuts him off as she turned and headed west)...oh, the lady that fled the scene had her husband show up to the scene after she had gotten out and apologized and said that her son was late to school...so she fled...months later my dad receives a letter stating the law firm was no longer going to represent the case for a legal term stating he was at fault. Big sarcastic props to the OPD for doing their "job" and this law firm for really carrying out their professional service of personal injury law. Thank you to the other attorney that stated to get another attorney!!!
