My experience with Vergara Miller Law Firm was profoundly disappointing and frustrating, marked by an extreme lack of communication and organizational incompetence. It felt as though I was doing the bulk of the firm's work, constantly chasing updates and providing essential case details. The advertised presence of the lead attorney was purely cosmetic; she was entirely absent from any substantive interaction, seeming to appear only for photographs with successful clients, completely detached from the actual casework. The assistants were equally problematic--often giving conflicting information, demonstrating that the left hand didn't know what the right was doing. Calls were rarely, if ever, returned in a timely manner, with promised callbacks taking days or even weeks, only for the staff to sound rushed and annoyed when they finally connected. To add insult to injury, despite the firm's demonstrable failures and inability to accomplish the contracted work, they have refused to issue any refund, essentially charging a premium for non-existent service and competence. I strongly caution anyone considering their services to look elsewhere.
