David Solis has been my lawyer ever since a crash incident that has led me to have an injury on my right arm. He's been very attentive with any question I've had and i will say he is very proffesional at doing his job.

They keep your money in the bank till the case is over. Which can take years to even close. This law firm Had no issues calling weekly to go to appointments however when care is over due to everyone seems to disappear. I felt as if I needed a lawyer to even communicate with my lawyer. Made the experience feel like a business as if I worked for him and not the other way around. I did not feel like the gentleman representing me was even on my side to help me. I Was basically called a nuisance for calling to check on my case to close it because it kept being dragged on . I have been in a motor vehicle accident before and have dealt with lawyers and never was my money kept from me or was I treated in such manor. I was given disbursements (with another lawyer) till the case closed with my other lawyer. If you need a car ASAP due to your car being a total lost do not go with this firm.

(My name is Michael James Solis, not Mike James) At first I was leary about injury lawyers, but I was surprised that Jeff Davis and his team, primarily my case manager Crystal Morales and attorney Rigo Patino, were on my case immediately. They scheduled me with proper doctors and specialists to address my injuries and called me regularly to ask how I was feeling. I was kept up to date about my case. I never expected to get a big settlement despite me ultimately needing back surgery but both Crystal and Mr. Patino were nothing short of hard working. I was awarded in a big way and truly recommend this law firm to anyone involved in a car accident either minimal or big, you'll be taken care of. The settlement came quickly and the wait was not long at all. Thank you Crystal and Mr. Patino and to everyone at Jeff Davis. You all are the best. BTW, I read all the reviews left by others. I'm sorry you might have had a bad experience but remember no one's perfect, not even businesses. Just because there is one bad apple doesn't make the entire tree bad. Attorney Patino was absolutely sincere and took the time to review and explain to me how everything runs, and that relieved my anxiety. Just remember, TRUST THE PROCESS!

Their staff member Jessica Elizondo who is a case manager at the McAllen location acted extremely unprofessional and went out of her way to cyber harass an individual. She went ahead and took pictures of someone's jail records from her office computer and posted them all over Facebook. That case is currently under investigation by attorney Terry Canales and the person she attacked online has not even been proven guilty as she stated on her Facebook post. This case is extremely sensitive! You would think that this Firm would have nothing but professional individuals working there, but no. I've heard nothing but great things about the attorneys at this firm, but they should really consider having professional staff members.

Highly recommend Attorney Rigo Patino and his case manager Crystal Morales. They did an excellent job with settling my case and communicating with me the entire time!
