Mr. Whiteker seems a genuine pleasant man, but just like the rest of the attorneys in East Texas, he works for the prosecutor. He tries to help you see how the prosecutor is doing the best he can for you. Lol, he gets paid for the guilty plees he wins.

If i could give no stars I would , worst lawyer I have ever dealt with. And his secretary thinks she's a lawyer, don't use this man please he doesn't listen to his clients, im thankful this ordeal is over for me. He shouldn't be a lawyer

The receptionist is insanely rude and unprofessional. She speaks in a belittling manor to anyone who seeks clarification on legal matters. They very much come off as people who care only about their pockets and nothing about the people they represent. Everytime I call im treated like an inconvenience. Smh.

Let me start by saying that there is right, and there is wrong. Anyone who will support and fight for wrong, in my opinion, is wrong as well. Mr. Whitaker supported the wrongdoing to a child and never batted an eye. He allowed a kids things to be taken away from them and given away, and represented that to the BEST of his ability. Not sure how he sleeps at night!

Used Jerry a few years ago, he was a letdown in every sense of the word. Buy he cashed my checks promptly. I can honestly say he put forth no effort while in court....
