In a panic, searched for family law attorneys in Lubbock and went down the list calling them and called Lopez family law asking if they did free consultation. The lady said no. End of conversation. Spoke with all the family law attorneys in Lubbock that offered free consultation and was not impressed it was exhausting started calling at 8:30am and received my last called back on 7pm continuously on the phone. Next morning, found a website that listed top 9 family law attorneys in Lubbock. . Started at the top of the list and 1 attorney was not taking new cases and the other said it was conflict of interest. Next on the list was Lopez family law. I like the reviews for the attorney but their were several reviews about a lady in the office who is very unprofessional and rude. I was ready to hire them anyways. Called them once no answer Called back no answer. Called again the next day and I said do you do free consultations? The lady was so rude she said you have called 5-6 times and again the answer is NO. I said I have spoken to you once and the reviews are correct you are rude and hung up. Went to the next attorney on the list called them and said do you offer free consultations? The sweet lady answered and said oh no we don't is this Mary. I said yes she said we spoke the other day. I said I just read the attorneys reviews and am interested in hiring the attorney. She asked a lot of questions we spoke for about 30 minutes I have a consultation tomorrow for $300 hourly and have my $5000 retainer fee ready. The Lopez law firm missed out. People please read the reviews when they say someone is rude like this lady believe them. Trying to find a lawyer is stressful and this lady lacks empathy and common decency.

Mr. Lopez was professional from start to finish. Answered every question I had, never left me feeling confused or lost while going through a custody case for my children. He helped me return my children back home to NC where they belong. Words can't describe how thankful I am for his help and guidance.
