!!Completely Unprofessional, I spent 22 years in the military and never have I met someone so unqualified. To be in a profession, Mr. Stapler does not know how to properly articulate the English language without vulgarities (cussin) when questioned, his process is Not to Help the individual. But to get the individual through the process as fast as possible. This attorney is not about helping, more so about is fees. Dont use this Law Firm.

I understand if you don't have a case in your situation, but unfortunately I've never met someone who looked more annoyed that I was wasting her time. I met with Maritza Ferraro and honestly I would have felt better if she would have just turned me down nicer.. but she made me feel so much worse I don't think I've ever been treated like that in a customer service environment that horribly.. be cautious when you're going. I just feel really embarrassed and humiliated.
