I hired Kenneth Dishongh a year ago when I had a customer who was also an attorney have another attorney (Probably a friend) try to get money out of me without suing me in court. Since then, a year later, they are now suing me in a small claims court. Kenneth could not defend myself and my company because he had court cases already and is referring me to another law firm. He went above and beyond to help me with this small claims civil lawsuit as well as letting me know my rights even though he was unable to defend me. Definitely a five star company and if I ever need an attorney again, I will definitely reach out to him and of course refer him. Thank you Kenneth, you're definitely appreciated!

Kenneth Dishongh entered into a settlement agreement with me on behalf of his client. This settlement agreement stemmed from a small claims petition that my small business filed against his client. The day before we were scheduled for court Mr. Dishongh called and mentioned that his client was willing to settle the lawsuit. We agreed to the terms and he stated he would have a check waiting for me the following day. I took the day off and drove the 1 hr to Humble, Texas to meet with Mr. Dishongh and pickup the check. However, when I walked into his office he mentioned that his client did not provide him with the funds and had backed out of the agreement. While he was apologetic, it still does not excuse the fact that: 1) he had not secured the funds; 2) could not honor the agreement on his client's behalf. Instead, I was out more money for gas and time loss at work. We ultimately prevailed in our lawsuit against his client, but feel that we need to share our experience with Mr. Dishongh.
