I had a very disappointing experience with this firm. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment, only to be left waiting for over 40 minutes past my appointment time. I was also under the impression that I would receive an in-person consultation, but instead, I was placed in a room and told the consultation would be conducted via Google Meet. This was never communicated to me beforehand -- had I known, I would not have driven 40 minutes to the office. The lack of transparency and disregard for my time was very unprofessional. If i could give 0 stars i absolutely would. Office looks dirty inside with small dirty chairs for you to be seated.

I had an appointment today, from the minute I walked in there the receptionist had a terrible attitude and was not welcoming at all. She asked me for my name twice and flipped over the clipboard to sign in. Then she went on to ask me if I completed a link to that I had received I told her know what link she said check your phone number what what number is it coming from I don't know check your phone those are the type of people that gives a any type of firm about representation in a bad name she needs to do better and she does not like her job perhaps she needs to go find another one then another lady came in asking what's going on in the receptionist in a laughing matter went ahead and said what in her mind was happening mind you 0 customer service zero professionalism nor etiquette. I will take my money elsewhere I wouldn't even bother to entertain them with a consultation at this point. No one goes in there to waste anybody's time we're bringing in business for you guys to not only help the community but also for you guys to eat for her to have such a horrible attitude with potential clients. I drove from far to be taken care of with such a disgusting attitude and approach! Do better

Katy Rincon is a friendly receptionist, offering warm welcome and good service to clients. Only draw back is that she can only speak Spanish and no English
