Poor poor service!! We showed up 15 minutes early to our appointment and waited for over an HOUR. That would've been fine if someone told us that there would be a wait but NO ONE came out to tell us when we would be seen or to even apologize for the wait. We just sat their for over an hour confused. We rang the bell multiple times and no one came to assist. All i heard were voices from an open office like five feet away from the waiting room. I didnt want to yell out excuse me in case someone was in the middle of their appt. i didnt want to be rude to them. But SOMEONE from the office should've at least came out and filled us in on what the heck is going on!!
