They will only talk to and help you while the are receiving money. Was told when I signed up with them that even if they were no longer receiving money that they would still help. " That was a lie". A month before benefits ended, they removed themselves so they could still get paid without helping anymore. When I called " multiple times" to speak with my lawyer he was not available and never returned any calls. No explanation or anything. I still need a back injection and when I got denied. I called this office and that is when they said they can no longer help me. They said I can now talk to the adjuster myself. Don't trust them

No compassion, No Patience, Discrimination and just from a 2 minute phone call While I appreciate you looking into and sticking up for your Employee, this confirms why No One should use this firm. I will give you the phone call was indeed most likely a total of 8 minutes of recording consistently of placing on hold, asking me to call back twice as I kindly asked her to hold while I obtained the information that she asked for. After telling her the approximate date of occurrence which I stated June of 2022, she said she needed an EXACT date to know if the firm could help me. After stating June 14, 2022 , she then Stated they would not be able to help me . I had explained my case was complicated and WCP was contacted and advised I could appeal. She said they don't take cases over 2 years . 1. No Compassion as to never asked what my case was regarding or how they could help ... 2. No Patience as she asked me twice to call back with the exact date as I explained I needed to get it if she could hold . Not intelligent if it made that big of a difference between June of 2022 and June 14 , 2022. 3. Discriminatory due to the fact stated only take cases less than 2 years. Maybe you should invest in helping people and not just cases. Sad that I had to respond with a Full Explanation for your cover up response...
