Final update: After 2 years, my claim was actually approved! I'm surprised to say the least but this is a testament to Mr. Rousseau' determination and persistence. See below for the original review: Mr. Rousseau was very easy to talk to and after hearing my plea, he agreed to take my case. We spent about a year gathering everything together. Unfortunately, the case did not win but I was still thoroughly satisfied with the service he provided, the questions he answered, and his availability throughout the process. Update 1: Mr. Rousseau continues to fight for my case after more than a year. At one point I had thought it was simply over but we're at the final stages. Very satisfied with his service.
