I am so happy I was referred to them. Dan King kept me informed and helped move my case quickly. This is a firm that cares.

My daughter had another drive run a red light and hit her at approx. 55mph. She was 16. I came to Rick Ward law firm and spoke to Mr Henley, who seemed great at first. After a year of seeing doctors, chiropractor, etc... she was finally released from care, to which Mr Henley said now that we had all of that done, he would be sending a letter of demand to insurance and it would b a couple weeks, but he would be wrapping this up and getting us paid.... After a couple more months, I reached out to inquire about what the status was .... To which he then told me they were gonna have to go to court, they would be putting money in a trust for my daughter until she turned 18, so there was no rush basically .... When I told him that wasn't what he had been telling us the whole time, he tried to tell me " well it's not your money!" Wow. Since this conversation, he has made zero contact w me. However, he has left voicemails on my minor daughters cell, saying he needs to speak w her before speaking to her mom... That he had a couple questions. I have left him vm, stating that's completely inappropriate and he needs to call me, to which I've gotten no response.... At this point, I feel like we made a huge mistake coming here

Rick Ward and his team went above and beyond with my case. Never felt out of the loop nor did they ever pressure or make decisions without my approval. Not once did I ever get the feeling I was just a dollar sign. Local attorney that knows his area and his office is minutes from downtown Ft .Worth. I highly recommend him to my family and friends and in the event I need his services again I know who I can trust.

Currently, this is the 2nd time we have needed a lawyer because of a car accident, and Mr. Ward and Mr. Hinley are very knowledgeable and definitely work hard for our family! Some lawyers are so fake and sleazy feeling but that is the last thing you would ever feel here. The customer service you get along with the professionalism makes it well worth it!
