Jack Walters was referred by Stephens Law. My family was involved in a horrific automobile wreck on Sept. 7th, my grandson is 18 and was badly injured as was his father. The accident involved a Jack County Sheriff's Deputy. After visiting my family, Jack promised to send paperwork to my grandson for retaining his services. As of today, my grandson hasn't heard a word and has been left hanging by Jack. Sad really, Jack came so highly recommended but has no follow-through or follow-up. It feels like he's working for the other party.

I've read these other reviews & they're truly unbelievable to me. My experience was awful. I hired Jack Walters after my original attorney moved out of state. My case was long & complicated. On our first meeting, I explained my expectations & urgency and Jack agreed. After our meeting, I felt confident he was the right choice. Plus, he'd been recommended to me by another attorney. That was the last time I ever experienced confidence in Jack or saw any type of professional standards of communication, ethics or knowledge. And he was over my case for over a year. First- almost everything he sent me & legal documents he sent to the defendant side had typos, misspelled words and even referenced old, former cases of his because he was too sloppy to proof read and edit those references out. Truly unbelievable and embarrassing. I'm sure the opposing side thought we were a joke. On top of this, his communication was non-existent. He didn't answer some of my most important questions, even with follow up. Most of all, he never learned the details of my case, never fought for me and ultimately, Jack Walters ruined my case because of this. Each time I told him something huge in my case, his response was, that's good, be sure to send that to me. And my reply was I have sent it, three times and told you twice already too. His reply, I've got 80 cases I'm working right now, I can't remember every case. Okay... fair. But at least carefully review before each meeting, prep of document, mediation, etc. Good grief. I chose to settle my case for a few reasons but the biggest was because I had zero confidence Jack would ever learn my case details or fight for me. There's more but these were the biggest issues. I let the attorney who recommended him know all of this as well. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. Do not recommend.
