Tommy Carter is a great attorney. He listens. He's available and if he's not he always calls back. He fought for me and as a mother that meant a lot.

I hired this firm to represent me almost 2 years ago after falling through a set of stairs at a Quality Inn & Suites in Willow Park, Texas. I work in the professional services industry as a CPA so I know how important it is to provide quality customer service. I have interacted with attorneys my entire career (over 33 years) and this is by far, my worst experience. While the initial consultation was very informative and attentive, the most recent 1.5 years has been a nightmare. I have been passed off to various administrative assistants, paralegals and other non-attorney representatives of the firm during the course of my rehabilitation. Although my case is not going to break the bank in the least bit, the continued lack of correspondence and details has been extremely frustrating. I typically have to send multiple emails and leave messages months at a time before getting any type of response. This continues to go on even though I agreed to a very small, unfair settlement just to close this process and put it behind me. My medical providers have supplied all the applicable information to resolve but again, the firm continues to be non-responsive. I would NEVER recommend this firm to anyone of integrity. Believe me that I do not take enjoyment out of posting this but to provide others information that seek out such feedback.

Faun was my attorney from David Kohm and associates and she is amazing she helped me with every step of the process for my divorce. She helped me to understand what needed to be done all of the legal jargon and even helping to keep me calm when things got difficult. Would highly recommend hiring her if you need help she is straight forward tells things as it is without being confrontational. Couldn't have imagined going with anyone else, she rocks!

Michael was far and away the best person I have dealt with in any professional setting. He helped me solve numerous issues to get our case closed out and behind us. Very grateful for everything he did and could not recommend him more.
