Highly recommend Mr. Burgess. I originally hired him over 8 years ago for a misdemeanor assault charge. Not only did he get it reduced to disorderly conduct he ultimately got it dismissed completely. But, here I am 8+ years later and I desperately needed court documents pertaining to my arrest, and in a very time sensitive manner for my employer. I reached out to Charlie thinking he would not even remember me and he immediately got what was needed for me and proceeded to get the arrest expunged from my record. Great guy that genuinely seems to care for his clients. Highly recommend him for anyone needing counsel. Also, I never do reviews. And I am a pretty hard critic.
