At the end of the day, they're just doing their job and it's a job that immediately puts people in a bad headspace before working with them. They are professional, work with urgency, and genuinely cared to help my family out as I was sorting out my family's financial affairs. It's not an easy job and I understand that. If you are patient with them, they will be patient with you in figuring out your affairs and what the best way is moving forward. Jenkins Law Firm has been incredibly helpful and supportive during a stressful time. I understand I had a financial responsibility with a creditor and due to some unfortunate events as a single mother of 5; it's been difficult to catch up and choose whether to buy groceries or pay bills. When your staff members Mr Jenkins makes remarks and assumes that the reason I would like for the money to post out of my account sooner it's is not because "I'll spend it" as she stated. Maybe your office staff believes that I deserved no empathy or some type of compassion or understanding that we fall into some hard time. I work 3 jobs 2 full-time and 1 part-time because I became a widow at 25 with 3 young kids and I'm a domestic violence survivor (was married for 8 years and had 2 more daughters who are 11 months apart..forced without going into details). The rep Kay that kept contact with me was very unprofessional and rushed the process without allowing me to ask questions. I hope your staff gets re-trained unless this is what your company is about.

It may sound crazy to review someone that is coming after money. However, they were very patient and understanding and helped me get money paid that was owed. It was all in all an easy and painless process. They are true to their word and even allowed me to delay payments if I needed to. I'm glad it's over and I'm thankful they were kind, responsive and understanding.
