I have had a horrible experience so far with these unproffessional law firm, which I avidly regret having hired to represemt me on my accident/personal injury case! No feedback, they never come to the phone, much less return calls!!! Jaciel who is assumedly the office manager in Eagle Pass Office, just lies, never extends courtesy of a call back, "always in meetings," so they say! And Whitney the Laredo office manager is even worst! And the attorneys, you never once get to even speak to them even.if yuu request to! No feedback from them, no updates, no status, ever! I have a terminal illness, and they have no consideration, no comman courtesy, no ethics, they lack proffessionalism, big time. No lie!
