Our mother has passed away almost a year ago and he still isn't even close to settling her state even though they had no debt no disputes and no collections and all belongings are going to one child. He doesn't respond the phone calls in a timely manner or even within the month or two. Now going through this experience as one of his clients it is coming out all over how much people have tried to use Kyle Lewis and no work gets done but some how he has used all of our deposit. I paid Kyle Lewis to represent me in a family matter. This guy was TERRIBLE. He would not call me back for 10 business days, not return emails, and not do what I asked him to do, while charging me $360 per hour for supposedly work he was doing? After 5 months and $6,000 I finally had enough and moved on to a real lawyer. He always had excuses why he wasn't getting anything done, but always had time to send out invoices for payments.... I spent $6k and accomplished nothing. If you want a real lawyer, go to Amarillo and get a professional that will accomplish something. Ask anyone in the Dalhart, Dumas, Amarillo area, this guy is AWFUL!

My divorce "trial" was one of the most painful experiences I have ever endured. I wasnt prepared, I was given "the element of surprise " which put me and my son in danger. I wasn't being heard, and the more I tried to be, the more I was charged. I felt pushed to the wayside, "a hurry up and get it over with " case. I should be grateful for what I do get. I aquired most documents and printed pictures which were not all used. I was denied many things I asked for, even after it was agreed upon and approved by judge. I wasn't given the complete amount stated. I didn't receive a paper copy of final paperwork. Not much was explained to me, I wasn't prepared for court, or the questions asked, and answered several wrong thinking I was being asked about my ex. My ex was very late and we were expected to hurry things along which made me more confused as to what my lawyer was asking. I felt I had an audience when being asked very personal questions. I had requested to see judge, denied, I requested to review final results, denied, I didn't get trailer, lawyer said buy one, I won't go into alot of details but my lawyer was insensitive. His ego and ethics took over my "trial". I truly trusted him at first, and found out, I was just a quick buck. He made me realize that my breaking heart, and traumas, were weakness to him. I was left broken in all ways possible. Through all of this, I still cared about him, because I started seeing his weaknesses. I pray he sees im not just a broken person who cried alot. I am a human being who was severely traumatized, and he contributed to that. I am not weak, nor am I NOT worth the effort of trying harder for my children and I. We deserved so much better . I will always pray for him. And his impending retirement. T.

My father paid Russworm to represent him. Now that he's paid months have gone by and Russworm is doing nothing. Corrupt lawyer! My father is disabled and lives a very minimalistic life because he has little money. If you don't have money to throw away find a different law firm.
