DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!!!! So my husband had a case because an Amazon driver totaled his vehicle, this was even determined at the scene it was drivers fault, the driver even admitted it at scene and to their insurance agent. The attorneys set up all doctors visits because he was injured. At first there were issues with getting him an appointment they tried to schedule him with a doctor that was more than an hour away, after a few weeks they finally got him scheduled with someone about 45 mins away.My husband missed a few visits at first because he had no vehicle to make it to the doctor ( this was explained to the attorney, our vehicle was totaled) but at the ER he had imaging done. After we spoke with the other insurance company and a replacement vehicle was found, he was able to make it twice a week to a doctor and has been going for quite a few months like this. Once he went to every visit he was told to go to,he was told he was done with the visits so we tried to contact our attorney to see what we needed to do. After a month of trying to get in touch with someone we were informed our entire legal team was changed and handed off to another attorney. Finally my husband was given the chance to speak with an attorney and was asked why he did not have an MRI done! My husband told them that he was not set up for one and he had done everything that was asked of him! Sooooooo.... The new lawyer told him they were going to reach out to Amazon and try to get a settlement offer. Two days later ( this is recent, this week)they called my husband to let him know they are dropping our case and we have to file a claim with our insurance ( which this whole accident was not our fault) and try to get the hospital bills that were racked up because they told us we HAD to go)paid for. We are responsible for paying everything! All we wanted was to get the hospital bills paid and walk out of this with the care he needed, we weren't looking for a payday. These guys had such good reviews... They screwed us, they are non responsive, crooks and now we are left with a massive amount of bills we are going to struggle to pay. Don't listen to the good reviews they are few and far between. If we knew this experience was going to be like this we would of gone with someone else that actually cares about their clients. This is a 100 percent honest review,I have never felt so disappointed and upset in my life.

I wouldn't recommend this law firm to anyone. Similar to some of the reviews, I was bounced around from lawyer to lawyer. Emma Brisoli stated she was working diligent to get me a higher settlement. In reality to get the law firm and doctors they are in cahoots with more money. Very unorganized and dishonest. They waited until I signed my release and check in their hand to tell me they have to hold a percentage of my settlement to ensure I didn't have any outstanding bills. Emma Brisoli and Jessica Delgado are crooked and move with lack of integrity. $19,000 the law firm received and once they received this their attitude towards me became horrible. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS LAW FIRM TO ANYONE!!! Yall have no idea the lack of follow up, and integrity this law firm has is bananas!

If they had an option to give a half a star, I would not give them that. THIS IS THE WORST LAW FIRM I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!!!!!! I have had three different lawyers and neither one of them have good communication skills. I had to constantly track each and every one of them down just to hear anything about my case. Frank Pelke was my first attorney, and he did a pretty decent job of relaying information in the beginning. He promised that he was taking care of my case. He also stated that he had everything under control, and I believed him. After a year, my case was switched to an attorney by the name of Jordan Jackson. He was the worst lawyer on my case. He sent an email stating that he was going to be the new attorney over my case, along with his paralegals. I reached out asking about my case and he never responded to any of my emails and went radio silent. He wasn't much help because he didn't relay any information to me as I tried to reach him multiple times. Unexpectedly, my case was now given to another attorney by the name of Andrew Poulis. His paralegal, Maria Sanchez, reached out to me stating that they were given the case. They were somewhat better at relaying information regarding my case. However, they sent me a letter on December 3, 2024 stating that they would not be able to represent me due to their "Workload". Now, my case has reached the statute of limitations. If they weren't about to pursue my case, then they should have notified me ahead of time. In my opinion, it seems like they didn't want to pursue my case because it might not have been a big payday for them. In contrast, Maria Sanchez encouraged me to continue my case. I called countless lawyers since December 3, 2024, and they have all told me that they would not be to represent me due to the statue of limitations. Although, I have found some lawyers that were willing to refer me to other lawyers that might be able to help. I called Maria Sanchez in an effort to receive some information about my case. She had an attitude and tried to patronize me as I asked for information that another counsel advised me to obtain. Overall, this law firm should not be in business if they do not know how to conduct business. I wouldn't refer this law firm to my worst enemy.

Jeremy was a great attorney. He walked me through the process, and kept me up to speed on what was going on. This also was a very smooth process. I was referred to him by a friend. I will definitely be referring him to anybody that needs a injury lawyer.

Update. I am please to change my review from earlier. Bad experience from one attorney. A pleasurable experience from Mr. Duncan. He came through and was so amazing and helped me with my questions about my case. He has informative, caring, passionate made me feel that I matter. If I know anyone that is needing a good lawyer Mr. Duncan will be someone I would refer them to.
