I want to sincerely thank the entire team at MLF Legal PLLC for how they handled my workers comp case. From start to finish, they showed the kind of commitment and care that turns a stressful legal battle into a path toward justice. After being injured on the job, I originally tried to go through the workers' comp process alone, trusting the process to be fair ( I was naive). That decision cost me. My claim was denied, and I found myself navigating a stressful situation with no support. I reached out to three different law firms, and none of them would take my case. I even considered an Ombudsman but then I found MLF Legal and knew I found the right law firm. My initial consultation and intake with MLF Legal was handled with genuine patience, compassion and transparency. From the very beginning, their team made the process feel less overwhelming. I also want to commend their website, it was informative and helped me understand how the workers comp process works, especially after a claim denial. My paralegal, and I mean this wholeheartedly, was exceptional! Every time I called, she answered or got back to me quickly. She kept me informed at each step of the process. Her professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail gave me real peace of mind in a stressful time. As for the firm as a whole, they didn't just represent me, they stood firm for me. Their legal strategy was sharp, their preparation was thorough, and they didn't back down when the other side tried to twist facts or delay the process. I had called several law firms and left messages, but not one of them called me back. I was referred to this firm, and even though I didn't leave a callback number, they still connected me with an attorney right away. He took the time to answer all of my questions and clearly explained what steps I should take moving forward. DON'T BELIEVE THE FAKE REVIEWS!!!!!!! All this office will do is ROB you of your money. You send them an email and they put it in your file without reading it..... You call they don't answer and when they do the don't have an answer for you. They claim they are working on your case and promise the world to you, but in reality all they are doing is charging you for not doing anything. 2 months and over $1,000 and they haven't done NOTHING TO HELP ME!!!!!!!!

Matt Lewis is far the best lawyer out there for a work injury. Matt and his assistant have been so polite, and on top of there game. I will not ever use another lawyer if Matt is able to help me. You absolutely can not go wrong with him as your lawyer.

Run... I mean run. Horrible office. They do nothing. Do not use for workers compensation. You have to email and call 2 to 3 times before you get a response and guess what they charge for all that yet they aren't doing anything that they are supposed to and never have any updates.
