I had a very negative and stressful experience with Andre Anziani of the Law Office of Andre Anziani, PLLC. From the beginning of our agreement, Mr. Anziani promised that he would never take more money than us from the settlement. Unfortunately, this promise was not kept. He referred us to a physical therapy clinic where we stayed for a long period of time. However, the treatment did not address the actual injury from the accident, which was to my ribs. No physical therapy or proper treatment was ever provided for the ribs. Instead, therapy focused on unrelated areas such as my back and shoulder, which caused increased pain and further limited my mobility. As a result, I was unable to work for more than six months, eventually lost my job, and fell into serious financial hardship. I accumulated significant debt and relied heavily on credit cards to cover basic living expenses. The case itself dragged on for over three years, causing extreme emotional and financial stress. In the end, the total settlement from both insurance companies was $80,000. Out of that amount, we received only $15,000, which did not even come close to covering the debt we accumulated during this process. In reality, we did not benefit from this case, while the attorney received the majority of the compensation. Overall, my experience with Andre Anziani and his law office was deeply disappointing. I did not feel that my best interests were prioritized, and I would not recommend this law office to anyone seeking transparency, fairness, and client-focused representation.
