If I could give a 10 star I would definitely, Mr. Di Carlo has been on my case for a year, it was a long time coming but Mark stayed positive for me throughout the hardest time. ZERO STARS! I want to thank Mr di Carlo for dropping my case 6 weeks before my trial. Yes! Thank you. I was told because I began a small paid training program that I let him know about months before. That he would not represent me anymore due to me working, He dropped me 6 weeks before my hearing! Thankfully I was fortunate to have found Klaine and Associates in Chicago. They did it! within the 6 week time frame. I got my disability approved. YES APPROVED! My new attorney said that the fact that I was showing an effort to work even with a disability could only help my case. My guess is Mr di Carlo was not prepared because there was never any communication with me what so ever. His staff was rude and unorganized (except for one lady) any time I called him.
