It was great experience using them, they actually selected by my builder and it was great. Nice beautiful environment, seating area was great. Employee was in Rush though lol but it's ok. Overall everything was good.

While we did get the deal closed, communication was poor throughout the entire process, we had to ask multiple times for electronic copies of our closing documents, our inspection was not handled during close (like we had asked), and our notary was somewhat rude. They got the job done but it was not entirely pleasant.

Very friendly and helpful employees. Reliable company. They were ready and had everything together and done when said. Had no issues. And if you use them more then once you could get a discount the next time. Will defiantly use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing a title company.

Fifth or sixth closing and first at this company. Very welcoming, comfortable, affordable, flexible and efficient. This is the busiest time of year for them and they didn't let it show.
