DeMetra in the ESTATE Dept. spent 2.5 hours with us on the phone reviewing all of our estate planning. While not greatly difficult, it is a lot of information. i called multiple times regarding a personal injury case involving an assault at H-E-B in Plano. Each time, the intake staff refused to connect me to an attorney, falsely told me the firm doesn't handle my type of case, rudely spoke over me, transferred me to a state bar hotline instead of an attorney and hung up on me multiple times. I explained my situation very clearly. Ask for an attorney to call me back to over the details that they can pull the police report in record and get the information to decide if they could take my case that should be sufficient. I asked for a supervisor a few times and kept getting spoken over and hung up on. They insisted on being unprofessional, disrespectful and I'm surprised that people that immature and unprofessional answer their phones. What a horrible introduction to a company. This repeated gatekeeping and unprofessional conduct is unacceptable. Potential clients beware--they do not handle calls respectfully or efficiently.
