Had a horrible experience, with attorneys secretaries , a few different ones including one by name of Elizabeth , I have a check given by them that expired for me and they don't want to re-issue it , attorney just wants to keep my money , and when I wanted to talk to attorney personally , secretary said I had to pay $250 to see him, after he had my case and now I have to pay to see him .. That money was given by insurance company for my settlement , attorney kept his fees now all I need is a valid check to cash. That money should be there because check was never cashed . Please reach out to me Ignacio Martinez .. I have left numerous messages and no response from you nor your office .. it's against the law to keep money that doesn't belong to you. September 24th -You are not allowing me to respond to your reply, but it doesn't matter if I lost check once , I have it now and I need just for you to reissue one , you all received money because of me and now you can't re-write a check , it's as easy as going to get bank statements and finding out the check was never processed. I'll just have to let the state bar do their own investigation in regards to this check that I was never paid and you kept the funds.

am extremely frustrated with this law firm. It has been almost two years since my case began, and I have received little to no updates about the progress. Every time I try to reach out, I feel ignored, and I never get clear answers about where my case stands. As a client, I expected communication, professionalism, and reassurance that my case was being taken care of. Instead, I feel like my case has been neglected and that my concerns are not being taken seriously. I trusted this firm to handle something very important in my life, but the lack of updates and communication has left me with serious doubts. Clients deserve to know what is happening with their cases
