If you care about your money and time, do not hire Russell Noe as your lawyrer. At first he seems like a respectable, professional, and competent lawyrer. Soon after, I realized he's one of those people that will say and do anything to earn your business. Here's how it went. I live in Houston so I called over the phone, paid him $2500 to handle a simple POM case due to his positive reviews(forgot to check his negative reviews, silly me!) Went to first court date he told me due to my record a dismissal was not on the table and the DA wants a $2,000.00 fine to close my case. I ask if I can get a discount on the fine and Mr. Noe said I could pay $1800 so I asked for 1 month to allow me time to come up with the money. He reset my case and I went to court ready to pay the fine EXCEPT he told me that we never had that conversation and that he was expecting me to be ready to accept the DA's offer of sitting in jail for 10 days. Mr. Noe had the audacity to say that I'm a habitual criminal and a drug addict (keep in mind I've never been arrested for anything in my life other than POM). I informed him that I am in fact not a criminal, that I'm a new dad of a 4 month old baby, and the sole provider for my family and I requested to speak to the DA myself to see why the offer is no longer available. We went infront of the DA together and she told me that Mr. Noe lied to me and she never offered the original offer that he presented. I've been to court 6+ times in a back and forth legal battle and had to hire outside counsel to take care of a simple case that even a first year lawyrer should be able to handle. After reading his previous negative reviews, it seems this practice is very common with his clients. If you decide to hire him, I would be very careful.

I was pulled over for pretty serious traffic violation driving through Brenham. I live in Austin and didn't know a good lawyer that would help that far from home. Mr. Noe took my case for a very affordable price and got my case reduced and all sorted out in one sitting. He definitely knows what he's doing and is highly recommended! He will NOT let you down!!

Attorney Noe and staff were very professional. They brought clarity and showed great concern about my son's livelihood. He was very transparent about the cases; and he was very protective while advocating for him. He shared teachable moments that were really above and beyond what one would expect.
