Delicious raw milk straight from the farm! You can see the cream sitting on top of the milk when you purchase a jug, just like milk is supposed to look! We live quite a ways from this dairy, so I typically purchase 6 or 8 gallons and freeze them in 1 qt vacuum bags. I'll pull the bag from the freezer one at a time and use it to make a protein smoothie, the cream may separate a little but the quality is still good!
I purchased a gallon of "raw milk" that originated from this farm, and left out a glass of milk to test for three days. Cream did not separate from milk (as normal unaltered raw milk is supposed to do - google it) and the milk did not curdle (or ferment from natural lactic acid bacteria that is supposed to be present in raw milk). So my question to the owners of the business - what do you guys do? Skim cream from milk? Use homogenizer? Add preservatives so it does not spoil? Feed cows antibiotics so they kill all natural bacteria in milk? The reason people pay twice the store price to get true raw milk is to make sure they get full cream milk full of natural bacteria.

We love this dairy farm so much and are so thankful to have a farm like this nearby. We are grateful for the Kettler family and their hard work 24/7. My kids and I go through two gallons a week, it's always delicious and high quality. Their cheeses and other items for purchase are phenomenal as well.
Kettler family dairy was a nice dairy. Had plenty of milk. I got home and realized though that the milk was already a couple days old. I thought it would be fresh from that day or evening before. Google maps took me straight there however we weren't sure we were in the right place because there were no signs. Could not see exactly where the actual little store was. Overall milk was very good. They also have meats available and it was good too.
