On October 29, 2025, I called Hargrave Law Firm P.C. in Bedford, Texas, and spoke with a woman named Aleisha, who I assume is the receptionist. After discussing some details of my case, she informed me that I needed to pay $50 upfront before scheduling the consultation. I felt uncomfortable giving my credit card details over the phone, but she insisted that was the only payment method they accepted. She explained that she would enter the numbers into her machine and then email me a receipt, assuring me that she does not save my card information. Feeling uneasy about this, I ended our call. After doing some more online searches, I found that there are two businesses with similar names. I confirmed that I contacted the correct Hargrave Law Firm, but I noticed they appeared to be linked to reviews for the other business, which has a different phone number listed on Google. This connection seemed very strange. Today, I called back to clarify these details and spoke to Aleisha again. She acknowledged that they have a payment link on their website, but stated they prefer to accept payment over the phone. When I asked why she hadn't mentioned the online payment option yesterday, she reiterated that receiving payment over the phone is their preferred method and simply replied, "Sorry about that." Overall, my brief experience with this business left me even more sceptical of law firms, but I am especially concerned about their payment policies and customer service.

I own a business and I had a customer who tried to sue me and I hired hargrave law to help me but they charged me a lot of money and didn't even help at all so I don't recommend not to hire these people they just take away your money first they took $500 and then I paid $1500 with my credit card after and I told them I wasent going to pay anymore they still tried charging me $533.57 so don't waste your time on them for law suite they charge $1000 and they charged me over $2000 and the case it's not even solved I will never hire them again I don't recommend them Edit: He said I did not pay him when I have proof I did to show he is a liar

Okay, once again I'm faced with the reality how limited my ability to express the appreciation with the professional help and support of Earl Hargrave, Lynn Hargrave, and the entire dedicated staff who aggressively support their clients. Without any doubt I respect the service and hard work Earl seemingly effortlessly provides. At times in one's life, we find ourselves struggling to understand options in making personal decision.
