I trusted this firm with my grandmother's malpractice case, which should have been a very straightforward case to prove. Instead, for almost a year I was given empty assurances, delays, and excuses. I had to call and push for months just to finally get a response. By the time they finally answered me, they admitted my case had been sitting for months without progress -- all while my family was grieving and the statute of limitations was slipping away. He told me after all this time that they would not pursue the case because they could not secure a medical expert opinion. If that was the situation, it should have been determined much earlier instead of stringing me along for nearly a year. He even acknowledged there was an argument for negligence but still left me without help, wasting precious time I could have spent seeking another attorney. This firm showed a complete lack of urgency, communication, and professionalism. Losing a loved one is devastating enough -- being dragged along and ignored by the people who are supposed to fight for justice makes it even worse. I would not recommend trusting this firm with something as serious as a malpractice case.

I had a great experience with the firm helping me after I got rear-ended March last year. The insurance companies both dismissed me, saying there's nothing they can do for me, despite the fact, that I was not at fault and got hit and had back pain/injury because of the uninsured motorist who hit me. (The car had been insured on his father's name) Gilbert with Cagle law firm picked up my case after all this mess. I only had to fill out some forms, we had some phone calls to clarify all that was happening and the case was on the go. It took about a year to close it and they successfully negotiated with Prgrssv insurance who was giving me a really hard time before the firm and Gilbert stepped in. He arranged me to get to the insurance covered injury doctor's as well as PT/chiropractic care and deep tissue massage that helped me to recover from my back injury. This took the better part of the year. We had phone calls on the regular on the updates on how the case is progressing and he really did a great job representing my case. Their fee is the regular 33%, which is absolutely fair for the job they do, especially regarding the insurance company didn't want to pay me a dime at first and sent me away.
