I had an exceptional experience at Accident and Injury Chiropractic Center with Dr. Alvarado and her amazing team of Lizette, Chasity, and Monique. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism, making me feel comfortable and valued. Dr. Alvarado took the time to thoroughly assess my condition and created a personalized treatment plan that significantly alleviated my pain. Lizette, Chasity, and Monique were incredibly supportive throughout my visits, providing excellent care and ensuring I understood each step of my treatment. Their dedication and teamwork truly made a difference in my recovery journey. I highly recommend this center to anyone seeking compassionate and effective chiropractic care!

I had a slip and fall back in October and Dr. Alvarado has been the absolute best. My 1st lawyer dropped my case and she immediately helped me and contacted me a better lawyer. She is kind caring and very passionate about her work. Not to mention her front desk staff and back office staff are an absolute joy. Would highly recommend this office. Glad I decided to call and allow them to help me get better.

Everyone at this location is insanely kind, respectful, and genuinely wishes to help you. They put me in contact with an attorney, took X-rays, sent me to get an MRI and see an Orthopedic Doctor, while also providing free transportation to and from all these appointments. To make it even better, they offer free transport during the mornings to and from your home. The quality of care I've received here is more than I could've ever imagined, they identified the sources of my new pain and helped mitigate it through physical therapy. While my pain will be permanent, I'm able to manage it better that I ever could myself thanks to everyone here. What happened to me sucks, but Accident & Injury has supported me since day one while also not taking a single penny from my pocket.

I agree! There's no communication here. The staff is sort of muted when you ask questions and they all stare at each other. The doctor is instructed by the workers it kind of feels odd! It seems they are not knowledgeable of what they're doing with the patients. Very concerning! The doctor accommodates only some patients for late appointments but turns down others if the staff has a party to attend. I witnessed many times patients being turned down while others being offered to call in to make special late request appointments. Sometimes even feels like they're threatening to call the attorney's??what on earth is this? We're here to heal. So sad! I would rate a zero star but it would not submit! I'm glad I'm done here.

The Arlington location has horrible service! Lack of communication skills. All the staff and including the doctor sit around gossiping about patients. It feels very uncomfortable and if they are being obligated to do their jobs! I'm hoping the Grand Prairie location is better. Oh, and they've been knowing that I travel far to get there and sometimes they would turn me down to go to a party. While other times they accommodate others. Finally, when I told them why I was there and not the one closest to my house. They offered to transfer my file but I had to look for the options before they even offered. They are way too occupied with other things rather than the patients well being.
