My experience with Godsey Law overall was timely but the right decision i ever made. I am quite pleased and very happy with the results and outcome of my case. Yes, it took some time but the wait was worth it! My attorney Donovan Brittian proved to be exactly what he was hired to do! My paralegal Nzinga Holmes was very transparent and provided great communication from day one of her introducing herself as my paralegal assigned to my case. Aisha Khan provided excellent service with details and updates as well on my case when needed. Overall experience was awesome! During my time as a client i have recommended over 7 people who have became clients and were satisfied with the results of their cases as well. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Lack of communication, being lied to, being in the dark about what is going on sends fumes through me. These are things that I have voiced and still nothing has changed. I am literally boiling inside. One thing I don't believe in doing is unnecessary stuff. I will add the FULL details on THAT at a later time. Trying to get help with funding and your case manager just responds with denied to the company without even sending the documents or doesn't respond to requests for documentation. The company didn't deny me, SHE took it upon herself to respond with "denied". And this is AFTER she tells you to have them send the request to her email. I shouldn't have to use a certain company just because "we work with them". That's not your choice. It's not your money. I'm so upset with this whole thing. If the lies will stop and communication enhances, I'll update. I'm not holding my breath though. It's sooooo much more that has been said and encouraged that doesn't sit right with me because I have a conscience. I truly believe that what's done in the dark will come to light. Right is right. Wrong is wrong, no matter who you are. Let the chips fall where they may. I don't care at this point. It is what it is. 10/23 New case manager ~Very attentive and straightforward!! I like that!! My case is finally coming to a close. I knew going into this that it wasn't going to be an overnight deal and I was fine with that. My case manager, Jeanne, did a great job checking in with me every month and making sure I had everything I needed while I was completing physical therapy. She was also a joy to talk with and kept me in good spirits throughout the process. During the legal process, T Nguyen was a BEAST. Everything was explained throughly and all my questions were answered. Her communication was also great, following up each email with a text to ensure items weren't stagnant in my court for too long. Like I said, this process was not quick, but that is the nature of this game. I'm glad I went with Godsey Martin

worst experience ever. At first communication was good but then case managers didn't know what was going on with my case and could not provide me a timeline of when I would get updates. After awhile - Crickets. Nothing!!!! I was ghosted. To the day I have not been contacted with the results of my case. Not a call or email or letter. I know that it may not be the worst accident that would get a big settlement but it was a huge loss to me. I have no Ideal what happened. I still chose to use them after a friend said that they take a long time to resolve the case I still chose to use them. I regret it now. I had to go and buy another car and now have a car note that I did not anticipate.
