John Montgomery was hired to be co-counsel during my civil trial in Erath County. I never signed a contract with him so I'm not sure if that was even kosher. He worked a 5day trial for 5k. I paid Julian Nacol who paid John. Unfortunately I trusted Julian Nacol who hired him. John was not prepared and had no idea about the case the morning trial started. He was not even aware my co-plaintiff had been non-suited 30 days prior and was surprised when judge added him back morning trial started. John witnessed the Judge refusing to allow proper jury empanelment... the district court clerk swore the jury panel in out in the hall of the district court. Both John and Julian objected but those objections were removed from the transcript. John joked with Julian Nacol after court that the juror questions were "legal impossibilities" and that the judge appeared "senile". John also told me as well as Julian Nacol that my case would get reversed on appeal because of the improper jury empanelment and "legally impossible rulings". The court reporter K.C Miller DeBusk altered the transcript and removed all of my attorneys objections regarding this. I contacted John via email informing him we had a fraudulent transcript. No response. No reporting to the Judicial Commission regarding this judges behavior. John and Julian sure had fun making jokes about the judge. We lost on appeal and it cost almost 150k because neither Julian nor John would report and address the fraudulent transcript. Took 5 months to get our trial transcript.

My mom has had an ongoing case with them involving a lawsuit with her late husband for years now and they haven't reached out to her even after calling multiple times and leaving messages with her name and number. Last she heard they were just waiting for the insurance company to sign or release the check but still nothing. This lawsuit could really help my mother but I guess it's just not that important to them. We've called numerous times this week trying to get some news, left her name and number. My wife and I have even tried calling but no luck. If anything changes I'll update but until then, it's staying like this.

John Montgomery is an amazing attorney. He and his staff are 100% willing to work with you and do there very best to make sure you get the help you need. You find a lot of attorneys that say they are there for you when that is not the case. You go in as a client and end up leaving as family. I will continue to us him and his amazing staff for any delemias in my life being know I can trust them

I Very Highly Don't Recommend Mr. Montgomery!! He will screw you out of all your money, he won't sue for anything and Everything that you requested, he will try to get you to sign a contract for the other attorney stating that you(his client) is solely responsible for your own past and future medical expenses, I will be contacting the state bar Association and will be suing Mr. MONTGOMERY!! Please Do Not Go To Him
