Brian Belden is, by far, the worst legal professional practicing in TN. And i use the word professional very loosely. He will not protect your rights. He will definitely sell you up the river even if he has an open and shut win. 1 star is way more than deserved. Unfortunately I'm unable to give a lower rating. Avoid at all costs. If appointed, fire him immediately if you care about your future.
