There have been two matters that I used David for in the past 5 years. The thing that I love about David is his preparation for each meeting. Every question that I could think of was already researched and he had an accurate answer. I spent about four years with him on one issue. He never showed up late or had to reschedule me. Every time I walked in the door he was prepared and educated on each subject matter. I felt he was more prepared than other lawyers in the courtroom. His presentation to the judge was confident. His confidence gave me confidence. David looked out for my best interest through the whole process in my case. Even after the case was completed, he was still calling and informing me on information that was vital to my well being. David has an exceptional assistant as well. She was also well educated and could answer any question I had if he was unavailable in court or with another client. They make a wonderful team!

David did an outstanding job drawing up my estate planning documents. Including my will, power of attorney, living will, and financial affairs. He is an expert in all legal matters pertaining to these documents.David was very generous with his time and put me at ease in all regards. I recommend him to all potential clients without qualification or reservation.

David LaRoche is an exceptionally bright estate attorney, with an outstanding support staff. I did not know David prior to retaining his firm to assist my son settle his late mother's estate, but my first impression of him during the initial interview turned out to be on target - competent, sharp and extremely efficient. My son's relatively small share of the estate demanded frugality and attention to cost, as well as attention to detail. David's initial quote for the retainer was reasonable and he was keenly aware of the cost situation at all times - no surprises, no increases at the end. Living in Florida, with all the estate action taking place in a Tennessee court, my son and I relied on David to guide the case through the Tennessee probate process - which he did in a flawless manner. We were lucky to connect with David LaRoche when we did - else we might still be scratching our heads wondering what to do next.

David is awesome. He always has an answer to my questions and gets back to me quickly. He thoroughly explained the probate process and walked me through each step. His legal assistant Catherine is as awesome as he is. I can say without a doubt me experience with David and Catherine has been the best. I don't know how I would have gotten through everything without them. I will definitely continue to use LaRoche Law Office.

I called desperately to get a consultation regarding dementia patients in my life. The woman who answered the phone was less than helpful, she couldn't even remember what I said I was calling about. Truly a disappointing experience when I'm already dealing with so much already with no help as it is. 0/10 recommend this group.
