I have not employed Aubrey as a personal attorney but have worked with him on projects. His skill as a negotiator, knowledge of the law, his demeanor and integrity would place him at the top of the list if I ever need an attorney. Besides that, he is just a great person.

1-Star Review They Lied, Took My Money, Helped the Other Side -- and Then Walked Away I hired Givens Law Firm (Aubrey Givens & Associates) and paid $4,000 to sue Greenwood Apartments for placing fraudulent information on my credit after I followed a legal agreement. Instead of helping me, they did everything I told them NOT to do. They brought up unrelated matters, added damaging documents to my case, and made it seem like I was at fault. I begged them to focus on the actual housing fraud, but they refused -- and after doing all this damage, they dismissed themselves from the case and left me with no support. I even filed a complaint with the Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility (the group that oversees attorneys), and they didn't help me either. It felt like they were in on it too. I believe this firm is part of a bigger problem -- protecting landlords, corrupt court actions, and silencing vulnerable people like me. They didn't just fail me -- they helped destroy my case. Do not trust them.
