Okay so where do I start! Front desk lady Diane had a constant attitude when I'd call and even had the nerve to refer to my situation as "Twisted". So this already had me in a frustrated mood before I could speak to Angela wich was my attorney's assistant. I had court via Microsoft teams and on the second court date they were unable to connect me due to internet issues, instead of calling me or letting me know what was happening I just sat nervously waiting and trying to figure out what was going on. I finally was able to speak to Angela after going through Diane. I was explaining my frustration with her before she cut me off and started telling me how ridiculous it was for me to accuse them of doing this on purpose. Before I could speak again she cut me off and said "I'm not arguing with you, I'll have Mr. Nicholas call you" mind you during this whole situation I never actually ever got to speak to my actual lawyer (Mr. Nicholas) so 2500 dollars out the window and just got a letter in the mail saying there not working with me anymore. Avoid these people..especially Diane the front desk lady, and Angela! Awful people and theives. An for some reason they let the people that I was going to court against know that they wouldn't be representing ME anymore..like is that legal?

Joe Ford is very professional & helped us after a car accident. He is kind and compassionate and explained everything thoroughly since we had never been through that process before. I would highly recommend Mr. Ford.

Are used Mr. Brian Nichols in a court case and I must say him and his team gave me everything I expected plus more. He didn't drop the ball and he delivered as promised from day one he's a great man to talk to, he's a great father, and he is very knowledgeable in many aspects of the justice system. If I ever need him or an attorney again, I would go directly to him first all this is just from my personal experience. I had to fork out a chunk change for this man, but you get what you pay for and I got amazing service great communication and a great outcome. I highly recommend him and his team!!!

These attorneys know their stuff. Them as well as the whole staff will go beyond limits to help you in anyway. Diane who sits at the front desk is very friendly and very kind. The paralegals all know what they are doing and are very involved from the minute you walk in the door. This place is very clean. They treat you like family no matter what your needs maybe. A good group of attorneys no matter what your needs maybe. High recommend them.
