I was in a car wreck over year, almost two years. I was dealing with Jess and Heather. I meet with them at the beginning and Jess assured me that he could help me. As the time went on Jess nor Heather keep me in the loop. I would have to call multiple times. Jess told me things to make me feel good about my case but never kept his word. Long story short Jess is no longer on my case. I had a call from Matt Mathey, he was very pleasant and assure me that he would help me out with my case. He keep in contact with me every step of the way. So with that being said my case is done thanks to Matt. He went above and beyond to help me out. The Lawyer sat on my case for like 7 months (personal Injury car accident) and only started doing things after I did all this extra work to contact third parties to get the ball rolling. Of course the lawyer did not advise to do any of this any I had to take initiative to do all this after seeing nothing was happening. Then I spent numerous hours making phone calls and sending a ton emails try to obtain additional documents. So basically I did the lawyer's job for him. Fast-forward about a few months later, I finally received an offer from the other parties' insurance company, I did not get the best offer. This is partly because it was now late October when the car accident had happened in the middle of last November so I was approaching the 12 month mark (statute of limitations). which means I would have to start the court process very soon, this let little time for negotiations outside of court, thus I accepted a smaller amount than what I would have likely gotten had I had another month or so.
