Just had an amazing experience with Kylene Ross, an Estate Attorney in Gallatin, TN. When I first called, I was greeted by a real person--not a voicemail--who was friendly, professional, and said they'd check the attorney's schedule and get back to me. They did, within two hours, and we were able to schedule an Estate Planning/ Trust appointment for us just four business days later! Kylene and Chloe were exceptional--genuine, compassionate, and clearly interested in truly helping people. Kylene and staff took the time to meet with us in person, listened carefully to our situation, and gave honest, informative advice. In the end, she said we didn't need to move forward with estate planning at this time based on our circumstances and finances--and refused any payment for the consultation. She spent real time with us and didn't rush! It's rare to come across someone so ethical, kind, and professional. Highly recommend her to anyone needing Estate Planning work and advice!

This lady is brilliant. She walks in that court room and knows how to handle it. She does not put up with anything and she'll tell you like it is for your own good.
