Bart was amazing! I got everything I asked for even though I was told by multiple other attorneys it probably wouldn't have the outcome I wanted. Bart was always quick to respond and get motions filed. My cases took almost exactly a year, and I was never once disappointed with my decision to use him. On top of that, he was very reasonably priced and worked with me financially, which made the whole process so much less stressful. I couldn't recommend him more!

I went to Bart Highers over a year ago with my divorce. It was a fantastic experience. I had heard horror stories about the cost of a divorce. However Mr. Highers was very upfront and conscience about the finances. He reduced the fruitless back and forth that accompanies these events in order to keep me inside of a good budget. He was very realistic about what I was entitled to and what my best available options were. He was honest and very helpful and had both parties (my ex and her people) been willing to be realistic with expectations, we would have had this settled in half the time. So if you find yourself in this kind or any legal situation, I would recommend this team 100%! Thank you for everything you all have done for me.

If there was a zero, I would put that. Mr. Highers has failed my daughter in her case. Didn't make sure the attorneys filed papers needed filed and my daughter is still without child support. Doesn't return her calls and absolutely dropped the ball on this entire thing. Very unprofessional and would never recommend.

I met Mr. Highers back in 2007, as I was going through a very difficult time, and an extremely difficult divorce. Mr. Highers represented me not only through the divorce, and through the painful issues surrounding the divorce, but he also represented me, as we maneuvered through the tenuous process of keeping an "Order of Protection" in place, and with the many challenges that were presented throughout the process. Mr. Highers is one of the most knowledgeable, skilled, focused, and dedicated attorneys I have every had the pleasure of knowing.
