I used Jerre Mosley on a small business acquisition deal. He seemed nice and competent. However, he completely missed the non compete agreement in the closing paperwork despite the fact that it was listed in the purchase agreement. I know accidents happen and I too could have caught it but did not until after the money changed hands. The seller then refused to sign it and has continued to do competing work. What prompted me to leave this review was the fact that for a few minute phone conversation to discuss options and mitigation to correct his mistake, I continue to be billed and his usual rate. He also stated that if this goes to court, someone else in the form would have to handle it at $300/ hr. This is not customer service. I would not use this firm again.

Chanse is the best. He is prompt, direct and easy to work with. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
