I want to thank Logan Davis for a job well done. She recently represented me in a case and she was very professional and I would recommend her or her firm to anyone.

I am a prior real client of Davis & Hoss. In 2015 I had an excellent experience as Lee Davis tackled a criminal case with extreme precision. The result was exactly what I hoped for. In 2020 I retained the firm again for a criminal case in Walker County GA. Bryan Hoss was my attorney. I experienced the most disgusting, pompous, and disappointing outcome possible. We shook on a representation agreement in July 2020 and over the next two years he failed to contact the DA for a resolution to a weak and simple case. The firm failed to follow through after a bench warrant was issued due to an address/paperwork issue. I was arrested and left incarcerated while they sorted out a simple document that wasn't finalized. I had multiple phone calls with Bryan while in jail during which he treated me as subhuman while informing me I would have to settle my case with a plea deal because I was a bad person due to a prior criminal record. The firm then proceeded to demand more money for a trial and plea negotiations. They petitioned the court with a motion to withdraw as counsel and left me hanging years into a charge. I was forced to pay another firm to represent me. The new attorney made one phone call and one court appearance and the charges were dismissed due to zero evidence. The firm of Davis & Hoss has no interest in representing average, hard working clients. Especially those that require pesky after hours work or phone calls. Bryan Hoss is a pompous, elite minded attorney that has no business practicing law. I have created a website that is available for other clients sharing my experience on any level. We were almost to the point of resenting the whole justice system . Lawyers always making big promises to little ends . Lee was just the opposite . He wouldn't even take my case immediately without first investigating to see if he could deliver results . My family gained confidence but not sure if Lee was my last hope or not . I became anxious . A short time later he finally agreed to fight for me and WON ! Another notable fact is the professionalism and communication Amanda provided during the entire process. I literally witnessed my family's fears relieved along the way . She helped us have confidence in the firm during the difficult process . Other Lawyers we have obtained were eager to take our case and hard to get in touch with after payment . Lee was just the opposite ! The final results were beyond anything we expected with dismissal and expungement. Not to mention the resentments my family were able to leave behind , finding a new hope - justice will prevail !!!

Mr. Davis was kind and straightforward with my case. He did everything he could for the best outcome possible, and I'm eternally grateful for him and his help. The communication I received was thorough and consistent. Hopefully, I never have to use him again, but if I do, I'm definitely sure of who I'm calling.
