Robert Asbury, Attorney at Law

I unfortunately had Mr. Asbury as my attorney. I had to fire him before my divorce was final. I had written a more through and accurate review, before he forced me to delete it. I gave my honest opinion of Mr. Asbury, thus explaining why I gave him one star. But as you will see below, this is the response I received about my review FROM HIM. Dear Ms. Anderson: I am aware that you posted a negative and inaccurate review on my business website. As your post contains statements that constitute both libel and slander under current Tennessee Law, I am giving you this opportunity to voluntarily remove the post on or before Friday, September 4th. If the post is not removed, a lawsuit will be filed against you in the circuit court for Knox County, Tennessee. I do hope that will not be necessary and that you have been able to resolve and/or manage the various physical and mental problems that made representing you such a challenge. Sincerely, Robert M. Asbury law office always polite and helpful . Very knowledgeable team and you feel comfortable as soon as you walk into the office . The office clerk Ms. Tonya Hopper, is Always helpful and informative She really perks up the office .

Needed a will. Friend recommended. I was happy with the turnaround time, advice and price. Liked Mr. Asbury and staff. Good connections in area. Office right across from Courthouse.

Took inappropriate and untrue information and used it to his advantage about my son while representing his ex-wife. He is unethical and crooked and I intend to report to the BAR

I wouldn't even give them a 1 star! I called to talk to Rob but his assistant said he would not take those cases at all, she didn't even let me speak to find out myself if he would or not. She made the call for him. I wouldn't recommend this attorney for anything at this point.
