Excellent Experience with Archana B Block Hospital & Pristyn Care I recently underwent circumcision surgery at Archana B Block Hospital, Hyderabad through Pristyn Care, and I'm extremely satisfied with the overall experience. From the very beginning, everything was handled in a smooth, organized, and timely manner. The hospital is very clean, well-maintained, and follows excellent hygiene standards. The staff and nurses were polite, cooperative, and always available to help whenever needed. The doctor was highly experienced and explained every detail of the procedure clearly, which helped me feel confident and comfortable before the surgery. The operation went very smoothly, and the recovery process was also well-guided by the medical team. I must especially appreciate Pristyn Care's coordination -- their team arranged everything perfectly on time, from admission to discharge. They provided proper guidance, arranged pick-up and drop service, and their dedicated care buddy ensured there were no delays at any stage. They truly live up to their promise of offering a hassle-free experience.

It was a day care surgery with early discharge and quick recovery. Care Coordinator *Gagan* managed everything on time with proper updates. The admission and discharge process was seamless and hassle-free. All arrangements, including pickup and coordination, were perfect. The follow-up and post-surgery care were excellent and on time. Pristyn Care handled the entire process very professionally. Highly recommend Archana B Block Hospital and Pristyn Care for safe treatment!

Extremely Disappointing Experience - Not Recommended I underwent a lipoma surgery scheduled through Pristyn Care at this hospital, and it turned out to be one of the worst medical experiences I have ever had. At first glance, the hospital appeared decent from the outside, but the reality inside was very different: Poor hygiene: The premises were unclean, with cockroaches, foul odors, and an overall unhygienic environment. Untrained staff: More than half of the staff seemed to be trainees, many of whom did not even know how to perform basic tasks like checking blood pressure. Delayed care: Patients were forced to wait a minimum of 30 minutes before being attended to. Unresponsive management: When I highlighted these issues and requested a better room, the hospital management redirected me to Pristyn Care. However, when I contacted Pristyn Care, they merely said they would "escalate" the issue, with no further action taken. Unfortunately, I had no choice but to remain in the same unhygienic room until discharge, almost 30 hours later. I am sharing this feedback so that others can make an informed decision and think carefully before choosing this hosptal.
