I just finished closing up a claim with Johnson, Janklow & Abdallah LLP for a car accident back in 2023. What a wonderful experience. I ended up having to move out of state very shortly after signing a contract with them and they were very flexible and understanding. I worked with Abdallah and his paralegal Jennifer majority of the time. There were a few times were there was lost communication or something was overlooked an in email but all it took was a quick point out and they were on it. I will say, it took me a long while to decide to wrap things up and close, and near that point I did feel some rush to do so when communicating with Mr. Abdallah. However, overall it was a positive experience working with both him and Jennifer. From the very beginning he was straight-forwarded thorough, and clearly intent on getting the job done with the greatest outcome for me - for which I am grateful. Near the end of things I worked with Erin Schoenbeck - wow. Just wow! That woman is across the board fabulous! Her communication was fantastic. She never missed a beat to email or call at every transition point in my decision to close. She was always very patient and willing to sit and clarify whatever I didn't understand to the point of understanding before I signed anything. Most importantly, she was severely compassionate with every interaction, proving she cared for my well-being during and post claim. These characteristics consistently eased any of my anxieties I had along the way in closing and allowed me to trust that I was in good hands. Just a kind souled, and well-meaning individual that truly knows what she is doing. I would highly recommend Johnson, Janklow & Abdallah LLP to anyone that was in an auto accident and looking for a legal representative.
