I read all the super positive reviews here and was eager to reach out to them for my needs. I called and spoke with a lovely lady who answered the phone. She explained Mr Neil would want to speak with me directly concerning my inquiry and the circumstances. She put me through to his voicemail and without hesitation I left him a detailed message about the three separate things I needed a lawyer to assist me with. That was 2.5 weeks ago. I waited a full week thinking he was certainly busy and because of the incredible reviews I was certain it was worth the wait. It's now been 2.5 weeks and I haven't even gotten a return call. So frustrating.
