I just wrapped up my divorce using Indigo Family Law. I hired them because Ryan told me they would handle my relatively simple divorce promptly and would hold my ex-wife accountable if she did not live up to her obligations. Once they got the retainer, it was a whole different story. Ryan went so far as to tell me didn't care how I felt my case was being handled. Motions were filed late and needlessly. Promises were made and not kept. Johana tried to cancel my appointment about my mediation less than 2 business days before. I was told it was because of a court scheduling conflict. I found out from someone in the firm it was actually because she wanted to take her dog to the vet. Kaitlin was good and passionate. The topper was that Ryan showed up 15 minutes late to my final hearing and didn't have all of the necessary paperwork. Now they expect me to go out of my way to correct Ryan's mistake. Yeah, right! Where was that desire when I needed them? Update: I don't believe a word of the response I got compared to the personal emails I received regarding these issues from Indigo Law. No one else should either. The best thing to do would be to simply hire a different attorney for anyone looking for legal help.
